Antonio López García was born in Tomelloso, Spain in 1936.
He lives and works in Madrid.

The best resource on Antonio López García is the (out-of-print) Rizzoli monograph.
It is worth searching for: if you find it, buy it.

Ediciones Poligrafa has published a volume titled "Antonio Lopez" as part of a series on 20th century artists.

An excellent article on Antonio López García can be found in the October, 1993
issue of Art in America.

There is a good introductory article by Jason Edward Kaufman on-line:
Antonio López García: Timeless Realism in a Spanish Key
